Bid / No-Bid Workshop

Not all bid opportunities are created equally, and it can be easy to put your team under significant stress by trying to compete for everything.

This ninety minute workshop is designed to give you confidence when deciding which bids to compete for. It can be delivered in person or online.

The workshop covers the three dimensions of decision making, giving you simple questions to answer for each dimension.

For private access workshops, the training can be customised to your organisation, including previous bids as examples to help ensure everything is relatable for your team.

The workshop includes workbooks and an editable tool for you to use when running your bid / no-bid decision making.

How much does it cost?

The Bid / No-Bid workshop costs $1,500 for up to 12 people.
Travel and accommodation for in-person workshops (delivered at your premises) are charged at cost.

Insider's Guide Workshop

This workshop is designed to support companies who are competing for New Zealand government contracts. It has been developed from my experience of being both 'sides of the fence', bidding for government contracts in the UK and then over thirteen years as a New Zealand government procurement professional.

The workshop is designed to be delivered in person, and to take place over two consecutive half days.
